Kailey Fiedler-Gohlke
Chief Executive Officer
Kailey Fiedler-Gohlke, Ed.D., CRC is the Chief Executive Officer of HERO House NW, a nonprofit organization in Washington State that provides social practice and psychiatric rehabilitation for adults living with mental illness through the Clubhouse model. She has been with HERO House NW since 2012, expanding its reach statewide and advocating for increased behavioral health funding.

Dr. Gohlke earned her Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and International Studies from the University of Washington (2008), her Master’s in Rehabilitation Counseling from Western Washington University (2010), and her Doctorate in Organizational Development from Grand Canyon University (2025). She became the State of Washington Health Care Authority’s subject matter expert on Clubhouse in 2020 and has helped establish more than 11 additional Clubhouses across the state. She also serves on the Faculty for Clubhouse Development of Clubhouse International, reviewing Clubhouses worldwide for accreditation, and holds advisory roles with Western Washington University’s Rehabilitation Counseling program and King County’s MIDD Advisory Board.

In 2023, she was recognized by the Puget Sound Business Journal as one of the Top 40 Leaders Under 40 in the region. Outside of her professional work, Dr. Gohlke enjoys traveling with her husband and young son, as well as spending time at home in Seattle, WA.
Michael Brown
Chief Program Officer
Michael Brown, MA, MHP has been a dedicated leader at HERO House NW since 2016. With both a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Michael brings expertise and heart to his work supporting individuals living with mental illness. He serves on the Faculty for Clubhouse Development at Clubhouse International and as a Community Partner Work Incentives Counselor, guiding members through public benefits. Under his leadership, three Clubhouses have earned Clubhouse International Accreditation, and he has strengthened programs by educating staff and members on the International Standards for Clubhouse Development.
His research and data collection in partnership with Fountain House United provide real-time metrics that inform funders and stakeholders of HERO House NW’s impact. Michael’s commitment to the organization’s mission has driven key community investments that expand opportunities for members. He resides in Covington with his wife and three children.


Isabelle Kalisa
Director of Community Partnerships
Isabelle Kalisa, MBA has been a driving force at the Clubhouse since March 2014. With both a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and certification as a benefit planner, Isabelle combines expertise with compassion in her work with individuals living with mental illness.
Over the past decade, she has passionately expanded community partnerships across Washington State, strengthening referral networks and creating meaningful employment opportunities. Isabelle’s dedication has helped countless members connect with the resources and support they need to thrive.

Olga started her Clubhouse journey at Vincent House (Pinellas Park, FL ) after receiving her BS in Psychology from WSU. She has been working for the Clubhouse since March of 2006. Olga loves the clubhouse model and can’t imagine a more wonderful place to be a part of!

Gretchen Hawkins
Program Director
Gretchen’s nickname at Seattle Clubhouse is “Soul Momma.” She lives and breathes calm transformation through nurturing side by side work in the Clubhouse. With a rare mix of strong character, while putting people at ease with unconditional positive regard, Gretchen is the perfect fit for Program Director at Seattle Clubhouse. Gretchen is also known for her good taste and appreciation for the little things that make our Clubhouse beautiful.

Dan joined the Seattle Clubhouse in April 2023 as a Generalist after receiving his BA in Psychology from Western Washington University. He is very happy to be part of such a close-knit community. He values creating positive self-regard, making connections, and helping people build confidence as they learn new skills. In his free time, he enjoys following the Mariners, listening to and playing music, going to trivia nights, and hiking in most if not all weather.
