Pets, Strollers, and Accessibility Accommodations

Strollers, wheelchairs, and accessibility scooters are welcome and encouraged. Please understand that race personnel may request that participants with strollers or other wheeled devices begin separately or behind runners at the race start for everyone's safety. Pets are allowed in the park, but unfortunately not on the course during the event. Most areas of the trail are for those not participating in the race.

We could not pull off this event without the amazing support of our volunteers. We have spots for everyone (groups, solo, early morning, later, heavy lifting or brain power!)  Please complete the volunteer form below to volunteer.
